Online Meetings

General

If you want to indicate your problem directly on the PC monitor or if we want to propose a solution on the PC display, we can either meet personally or we can offer you a time-saving online meeting. Access to the internet is the only precondition. Software must not be installed.

Procedure for online meeting

• Short contact per phone
• Then, please click on the ´Start´ icon on the left side. As soon as the interactive window for file download appears, please click on the button ´Open´.
• On your monitor an additional interactive window will appear. Please enter your name and the session ID which we mentioned during our phone conversation. Now click in the window on the button
  ´Session-Start´.

Safety and certification

• The application on which the meeting is based has successfully passed the safety analysis of the ´Frauenhofer Institute for safe information technology´ (Certificate No.: 06-104701)
• The application is provided with a code signature. The internationally recognized signature process ´VeriSign´ is used.
• Each meeting is coded. The safety of the 128 bit Blowfish algorithm corresponds to the SSL standard. Thus the application is as safe as online banking.
• Once the meeting is terminated your PC returns to its original state,
  i. e. the application only runs in your system memory, thus no settings of your PC are modified
