In addition, the Xeuer accounting application includes an annual review on the development of income and expenditures and an extrapolation which determines the result to be expected at the end of the accounting year. Moreover, the Xeuer accounting application calculates the required figures for the ´advance value-added tax (VAT) return´. A monthly or quarterly period can be selected; however, this period may be changed within the same accounting year.

Depreciations are administered automatically and the respective amounts are automatically determined with regard to the respective accounting year. The same also applies to pool depreciation for low-value assets. The application is flexible and can react at any time to changes (e. g. modification of the account list). As concerns the filing of receipts in an accounting year, a preset table of contents which can be edited, is provided. Of course, the Xeuer application also generates automatically the figures for the German EÜR form.

The regulations of the corporate tax reform 2008 are integrated. The relevant items of the ´Law for the acceleration of economic growth 2010´ are considered.

The directory of fixed assets for depreciations does not only consider the claims set forth by the legislator (annex to German EÜR form) but provides also additional information columns for freelancers. The directory calculates the book values (remaining depreciation amounts) for each item at the beginning and end of the accounting year. It considers fixed asset disposals (you sell or scrap an asset) and determines automatically the residual depreciation up to the time of the fixed asset disposal and the depreciated book value. In addition, it takes the special depreciation according to
§ 7g EStG into consideration and calculates in this connection, for instance, whether the period of depreciation would be reduced in such a case. Besides a list of ´depreciations in the previous years´ it can also generate a list of all depreciations, i. e. depreciations in the present accounting year including all calculation details as well as an overview of the additions in the present accounting year.

The Xeuer application offers a comfortable vehicle calculation which automatically performs the respective accounting tasks and analyzes in detail at any time the effective profit reduction to be expected with the selected calculation method (e. g. ´1 % per month´).

The automatic support in case of a ´vehicle change within an accounting year´ and the ´consideration of 2 vehicles´ with separate computation overviews is also integrated.

The vehicle computation overview meets the requirements of the legislator to produce evidence.

The Xeuer application considers ´travels between residence and place of work´. This option can be selected or dropped in the vehicle computation section.

For instance, if you have decided in favor of the method ´1 % per month´ time-consuming accounting tasks such as equality checks are carried out automatically.

Traditional methods recommend the filing according to statement of accounts. Just try to scrutinize afterwards all invoices for external services in order to consider which invoice items could be handled by you. Your efforts would be in vain. With Xeuer everything can be done faster because the invoices for external services are compiled and sorted by date in a descending order.

You would like to extend the list of accounts yourself

No problem. In view of the fact that you may modify the list of accounts (income/expense groups) yourself, you can alter the account lists in the application accordingly.
